Algonquin Park 3 Hour Guided Cross Country Ski Tour

Daily, as a private tour only, from February 1st - March 15th, 2019. Reservations are required. 11am-2pm, 7 days a week. Please note that limited snow conditions will result in a guided hike. Where: Registered participants will meet our guide at Algonquin Parks's west gate birch bark sign (participants need to purchase car permit here) and then proceed together to our tour access point in the park. Price: (in Canadian dollars) $299 for up to three participants, plus 13% tax. $59 for each additional participant (up to 8 total). Lunch is included. Skis, poles and boots can be rented for $30 + 13% tax/pp. For groups larger than 8, please contact us for pricing. This 3 hour winter adventure is the perfect introduction to nordic skiing. After a brief orientation from your guide, we'll head out to explore the pristine beauty and inspiring solitude of Algonquin Provincial Park. Learn about local ecology, natural history, and wilderness skills! A warm beverage and gourmet lunch, from Henrietta's Pine Bakery, are included. This tour is usually guided by, Stuart Lorne Letovsky, the company founder. Beginner only. |
